Business partners and visionaries Brett McCallum and Mark Henderson were looking for a cool office space with wifi, high-tech meeting rooms to meet clients in a location that was designed to help people work smarter.

Using their business experience, they found that their colleagues and other entrepreneurs were also seeking the same thing. A collaborative environment which fosters young businesses, shares resources, and has the collaborative culture and community to ignite creative thinking.
